« on: January 18, 2008, 03:38:12 AM »
Hello all,

The Dec 2007 and year in review are in at Pepperridge North Valley, Phoenix, Az and are now posted on my website.

It was a interesting year with wide temperature extremes from January's Cold spell to the hot summer of 2007. Average temperature was 72.6 °F which was warmest year on record. Total rainfall for 2007 was 7.49 inches (2.65) inches below normal, and the 3rd driest year on record.

Dec 2007 was cold by Arizona standards and was quite a drop from a warm November

Complete details are listed at

Feel free to look at my stats which date back to 1997
