Topic: BAT file for transfer

Hello,
I need help creating a BAT file (I think) to help transfer a couple of files from my weather computer to my web host.
My idea is to copy "lastret.txt" and "plaintext.txt" from my /wxsim directory to my vws/root directory then have Fling upload to my web server. I can have an auto scheduler run this bat file shortly after each wxsim auto run and then Fling will pick them up on the next vws upload.
Thoughts, file?
