Topic: HW Publisher will not load - error message

My copy of HWP will not load. I got the message: "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."
Well, as most of you know, there is no support team, in fact no way of contacting the Heavyweather crowd.
I tried uninstalling HWP, deleting the setup file, downloading the program again and reinstalling it. Still got the same message.
Any ideas??

BTW, I am in Australia and have a WS2306, which does not show up anywhere, but I've been told it is the same as a 2300, but modified for use in Australia????

Did you download Heavyweather Pro? That is for the WS-36XX series. You want the regular Heavyweather, not the Pro.

Quite frankly I've about given up on this program.
Why do they publish stuff that doesn't work?

La Crosse did not write the software. They simply unpack the crates from China.

The software was written by some company in Germany, probably contracted to do so.

What OS are you running?
