WeatherCat NOAA Style Reports

Ok, when I set up my station on WeatherCat I entered the values for the hours, minutes and seconds for the latitude and longitude in the WeatherCat Preferences. Now I checked my NOAA Style Reports and the values shown there are different. When I check CWOP for my station, CWOP has it correct but APRS location is off because it apparently is using the data in the NOAA Style Reports. My question is how does that data get in there and how can I change it?
