At the top under Windows you can open up to 4 panels, Can you open a different site or product in each window? So far I can't figure how to do it.
It looks in GR3 2.0 you can do this.

Yes, (different products, but not different sites) when you have the 4 panels displayed, click on the panel you want change, then click "Products" and select the product you want for that panel...repeat for the remaining panels.
