Topic: New Shelter Cove Weather Station

Well after several attempts I have my weather station up and running now. Its posted on wunderground.com Shelter Cove or 0Q5 (airport identifier). Its a Davis VP2 wired and seems to work fine. I am new to this stuff and have several problems. 1. the power goes off often and I don't live here to reboot. 2 the clock in my computer is loosing time so the battery must be going. I can fix that.
I used the Ambient web site maker and don't know what the address to my site is? KCASHELT3 is the identifier shown in the program. IP address 209.249.222.2
I have a real estate website www.alhamilton.us.com and would like to add a link to the weather? How do I find out what the link is without going via wunderground?

Just for clarification:

• do you intend to post a link on your realty website to your wunderground page, or
• do you intend to post your weather data on your realty website?

The VWS website builder does not create a website. It merely creates web pages that can be uploaded to a webhost server. Those could be uploaded to your realty website. Do you run and maintain your realty website, or do you have a web company maintain it for you?

By the way, I believe the link to your realty website is:

    http://www.alhamilton.us/  (without the .com)

Thanks for the reply. I would like to have a stand alone weather website and you have given me a clue. I need a host like godaddy. Which do you use/like? Then add a link to my website. I pay a company to maintain the real estate website. They built it but I add or delete listings etc. You are right about the .com. The website is just alhamilton.us.
