Interesting.  I haven't traded emails with them in a couple of weeks, but at that time they were very confident in a fix they were testing in the field.  I am in no hurry now, my roof has 2+ feet of snow on it and more is falling as we speak.  It will probably be two months before I can get up there to access my sensor array.  On the bright side, the problem has only occurred in heavy rain so my unit has behaved itself all winter!

The fix has been established but it does take time to push it into production. Samples have to be made, Engineering has to approve etc...
