I just "spied" on it and found that the querystring of the URL is the same as WU.. its just the host and page that are different...
Since the then WeatherForYou/HAMweather PWS program and WU started at the same time, and VWS was the first one to send data, Ambient pretty much set the specification.  It isn't exactly the same now, but real close.  And it is available to anyone just for asking.  :)  Haven't heard back from Tinplate yet.  Maybe I'll send again in case it got lost.

OK.. So who do I ask and how?  I'd like to have the correct info for the system that I am currently using.

I don't want to bump up this thread for no reason but I bought VP on Thursday morning and still have no answer (and since tinplate didn't visit the forum for 22 days...), so I was wondering if he usually send the serial within less than a week even-though he is very busy.
