Thanks.  I got the idea from another member of this forum, although I couldn't find the hardware to replicate his installation exactly.  His idea was cool-- the post was mounted in the ground with anchors attaching the station pole so that he could service the unit.  I wish I could remember who he was to thank him for the idea...  We don't get much wind here in NW Louisiana so I didn't really worry about height.  Besides, those pines and hickories are nearly 100 feet tall...

Agree that's a very nice installation.

I used a 10-foot section of water pipe (with caps at both ends), but with 3-feet needed as foundation in concrete base, only 7-feet are actually available "above ground".
