WF Install Problems

Just installed WF....purchased Friday, June 11, 2010....as of today, have not received key....will not let me change username and password or lock anything?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thank you.

Billy - Email support at meteorologica.uk (where you downloaded WF). They don't ususally monitor these forums, and prefer to handle key issues directly via email in any case.
