Topic: HELP!! Can't get data on MBW

I've hooked up my new 1525 and I can't get data on MBW! I've got data on the acu link and the via data reader but when I go to setup bridge on MBW it says I've entered wrong address or to press reset button on bridge which there is not one on the display. So wondering what to do now?

are you sure you have signed up with the correct registration code?

The website is simply saying that it has not received a registration request for your MAC address.

On the 1525, you need to download the PC Connect software onto your PC- then you enter your MAC address and press register on your PC first. Then go to www.acu-link.com to complete the process.

or you may choose to use Weather-Display software as a 3rd party option with expanded features (free trial, $80 to buy)

ah yes, I forgot about that it would have been the missing MAC address activation..good Rhino came to the rescue!
