I hear that the Torcon group was really bad about blocking highways during severe weather while they were chasing...Has anyone ever crossed them while they were chasing?

I'm not sure about the Torcon group, but I have seen more and more storm chasers of all rank and file disobeying or outright ignoring the rules of the road (and in turn completely abandoning common sense altogether.) So, it wouldn't surprise me one bit.
