Title: WilmingtonWX USPLN Lightning Purchase Not Received

I spent $50 on this 28 hrs ago (as of 11 AM EST or 1500 Z) and everytime I try I go to http://wilmingtonwx.com/customize.php?product=lightning (http://wilmingtonwx.com/customize.php?product=lightning) and enter my ID I receive the following.

"Unrecognized user ID.

You are seeing this page because no records were found corresponding to the provided ID. This may be because you have incorrectly copied your ID or you are not a subscriber of this feed. If you have just made your purchase, check back soon and if the problem persists, contact admin@wilmingtonwx.com with details."

I'm curious if I'm doing something wrong, or what. Any advice is highly appreciated. Thanks!

Have you emailed them? Do you have access to the GRLevelX Forums? If so, he has an extensive topic listing there under the "Placefiles" sub forum.

I have emailed, but I'll try that when I have time. I am not on GRLevelX forums, but I'll try that in a few.
