If you were a kid in th 60s (back when toys were really cool and you could hurt yourself), you might have had a Mattel Vacuform:



I had one, as well as a Creepy Crawler machine.

I had a Vac-U-Form when I was a kid. I had a lot of fun with it.

As I remember, you had to put your little sheet of plastic in the holder and keep it over the heated side for some period of time, then flip it over and pump like mad...
