Is this station a good deal for $105?  It's shown at $345 list price, but I know very little about AcuRite stations since I haven't owned one.

Yes very good deal with the access.

Definitely a good deal for hardware. Keep in mind that there is only one solar panel on the sensor, so it's more likely to have temperature fluctuations, compared to the "pro" version with 2x panels. Though you can always upgrade later and add the extra panels on if you feel the need.

Keep in mind that the 5-in-1 sensor is pretty long in the tooth, and AcuRite now has the Atlas out as a replacement.....

The 5-in-1 isn’t going anywhere soon. The Atlas is a different category (step up), not a replacment.

Well, turns out the actual price is $129.  Somebody goofed up.  But, still a good deal I guess.

Also, they're doing the same kit with the newer fancier display for the same price today only.  But that display doesn't have battery backup.  Why would you not give it battery backup for use during severe weather???

Also, these kits are shown with the dual solar panel sensors.  Is that not the case?

It says PRO 5n1 so yes it is the dual solar panels.

Thanks guys.  I ended up going with this one because it was $80 delivered with the additional 10% off for new customers and it's got the WiFi console so hopefully I won't need anything else to get my stuff online.

I ordered the Access with 5 sensors for $99. I hate to swap out my rock solid SmartHub with the Access but considering the SmartHub only has a couple of months left of life I figured I'd risk it. I sure hope I am not opening up a can of worms.

That seems like a really good price for a unit that reports out to WU. I had no idea that could be done via the wifi display.

Well just to update:

The setup of the 5-n-1 was simple!  Setup of connection to Weather Underground was also a breeze!  The fancy display looks bright and very nice so far!  Temperature is running 1 degree higher than my VP2 station and humidity is 5% lower.  Wind average velocity is pretty much even.  Not bad for a low end station I bagged up for $80 bucks!

If this thing ends up being reliable for a few years, I'll be thrilled with it.
