GoDaddy SSL Rekey causing Meteobridge Upload issue **Solved**
« on: October 22, 2017, 09:10:34 AM »
Hi All,

Last week it seemd like a good idea to move data from GoDaddies North America servers to a European one, this happed ok but it broke the SSL certificate, I was nervous of the Rekey process, but it seemed to go ok, my problem is the Meteobridge is coming up with an error and the site is extreamly slow which I think is down to MB not uploading the weather conditions detail.

Does the MB need flushing so that it can reload the new cert details, or is their a step I've left out during the rekey process which is causing problems.

My sites a bit sad at the moment  :-(

Cheers

Ian

UPDATE = Boris said the MB Pro error is due to a timeout rather than certificate error.

Please try the http address you are sending data to with your browser. The error message indicates the the URL you try to reach out for is not responding as expected.

Hi Docbee,

The problem turned out to be with GoDaddy, reverting back to the North American server from the one in Europe cured the issue, this is a thread on the problem: http://www.wxforum.net/index.php?topic=33058.msg334919;topicseen#msg334919
