With the long 48 sec update rate for the Ambient Weather WS-1080 or the 2080 and using Cumulus software, will WU Rapid Fire work?

It will work.  Its just that your WU data will update every 48 seconds instead of every five minutes.  My WS-2315 updates the wind every minute or so, but it still sends data every five seconds.

Seems like then the 1080 or 2080 is my best buy since it will work with rapid fire.
