I don't see this on here anywhere but

Thought I would pass this along.

Lee lost his battle with ALS last Saturday, March 17th.

Obituary

Henry Persing
(1967 - 2012)
Dec. 6, 1967 - Mar. 17, 2012 Henry Leonard Persing Henry Leonard "Lee" Persing of Madison passed away Saturday at a local hospital. He was 44. Henry was a native of Baltimore, Maryland and a resident of Madison County for over 4 years. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force with 20 years of service. Survivors include his wife: Robbin Persing; one son: Brennan Zachary Persing; his mother: Antoinette Persing; his father: John Persing; three brothers: Phillip Persing, David Persing and Christopher Persing and one sister: Kathleen Persing. The family will receive friends Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by a memorial service Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplin Doug Simons officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Lee was one of the few on here I made friends with and was also an brother in arms.
 Rest in peace my friend.

Thank you John. I also considered Lee a friend. I was afraid this was the status since I hadn't heard from him in a while.

Prayers and best wishes to Lee's family.

Very sad. I had sent him some email not long ago and hadn't heard back.
May he rest in peace.

I wonder if they have anyone taking care of his station and website... we, as a group, should maybe see if that's even needed or desired.

I bookmarked the page, it looks like he put a lot of time and effort in making that site, I hope mine looks half as good as that one day

My prayers and thoughts are with him and his family. He was a regular contributor and one that I think everyone on this forum liked.

He will be missed!

ALS is such a cruel disease. I've lost several friends who had it. Very difficult to watch them slowly deteriorate over time.

Thank you for posting this over here.  I did not, because Lee wasn't a member anymore.  My apologies everyone.
