Aspirated Radiation Shield fan battery

Where can one get a couple  1.2v batteries they say VRE C  for my Aspirated Radiation Shield fan on my Vantage Pro 2?

Those are OE batteries, however any proper replacement will do. Batteries Plus will have them, and you can pick your mAh should you want different. If, however, you want these specifically, Davis will have them, but you'll pay too. Scaled Instruments may also stock OE.

For a while I've been using AA batteries with a C adapter in them and some NiMH batteries.  They work great.

That's what's in it now. Just be sure you get at least the same or more mAh and that it's a flat top battery and not button top like a "normal" C cell as it won't fit.

Guess I should clarify. I do put rechargeables in it I'm just not putting the rechargeable that originally came in it. It called for nickel cadmium, I'm now using nickel metal hydride
