Topic: Internet Failure During Upload

Hello,
I am having major problems uploading overnight data to my weather page. Routine uploads are also intermittent but when sending multiple observations I receive very many internet failure messages.
My broadband is excellent and shows no dropouts and all other uploads are absolutely fine. I have sent half a dozen messages to Wunderground support asking for someone to look  into this problem but I have not had any reply.
In addition my Station stickers are also frequently disappearing.
I know that Wunderground are having problems but if I cannot upload the data there seems little point in bothering with them.
I had precisely this difficulty some years ago and after sending an email the problem was quickly resolved, those were the days!

Hi Chris,

In my opinion, I would stop sending them data and save yourself the headache and frustration of dealing with WU. I personally have not sent any data to them in over a year, and haven't missed dealing with them at all.

Same problem here guys.  Getting constant "internet connection failure" messages when trying to upload archived observations from my Vantage Vue using Weatherlink software.  By looks of some other threads, WU may be having issues?

Other aspects also need retries today. Using their WxDisplayHistory.asp server script is often taking one or more retries before any data will display.
Suspect WU haveN't really resolved problems with their "cloud" service provider.

UPDATE:  I just looked at my PWS on WU and now my archived observations that I thought were not uploading are actually there now!  Weird.  Don't know how it happened but I'm a happy man again!

Still having constant internet connection failure messages when uploading archived data and absolutely no reply to my messages from Wunderground.
At a loss to know what to do next, although station sticker has returned.
