The wxnoaarecords.php script has been updated to allow use of NOAA monthly reports generated by Cumulus, VWS, and Weatherlink.
It is most useful if you have several years of monthly NOAA reports on your website.

The rain year to date can be on a seasonal year basis instead of a calendar year basis if you wish.
Set the $rain_season_start to the number of the first month of the seasonal year.
