Plugin Update – Earthquakes 3.0

Hi guys,

no-one actually noticed, but the plugin stopped working due to changed data source format. I fixed this so it is now working fine and in addition I added a new feature – possibility to export the map with the markers as a normal image file.

DEMO: http://www.meteotemplate.com/template/plugins/earthquakes/index.php

Enjoy

When I originally set up my home page I set it for three blocks (25,50,25).  I now want to add one block (100%) that spans the entire screen.  How do I add a single block to my existing setup?

Thanks,
Tom

Hi Tom,
this is what the header and footer blocks are for.

If you want it at the top, put its namespace to the Header block section, similarly if you want it at the bottom, use the Footer block

I have the gauges showing at the top but the solar gauge is not showing anything and is indicating NaN in the middle.  Other places are showing the solar value just not the gauge.

I should have mentioned I am using the API.

Thanks Tom. I had to turn on the switch.  It is a little confusing as parts of the template are using the API and other I guess are still using the clientraw file.  Steel gauge were working fine and I saw the solar value on another screen as well.

The different blocks and plugins could still be using clientraw.txt until you change them to the api.

I believe you are right.  I need to go through the settings and change them to API.

Jachym

Just tried to use the database backup selection in the admin panel for the first time on my new host but it never seems to complete!

Started it at 11:08 and it is now 11:25 and it seems to hang on creating the csv file for 2015, 2010-2014 completed with files sizes in the 9.2M range but 2015 seems to hang at 8.4M

Is there an error log somewhere that might hint what's happening??

Bill

Note, any login credentials you might have for me are no longer correct, if you need access pm me and I'll get them to you.

Anyone know how to turn off the all the 0, 1,2,3's etc inside the precipitation gauge.  I only want 1,2,3 to show the place on the graph that corresponds to 1,2,3 etc.  Now I get 10 ones, 10 twos, etc because I have the interval set to .1.  Funny I just noticed that I only have 5 0's showing.

It is all down again, I was briefly at home and uploaded the file from my laptop and it again crashed. No downloads are working now.

Fixed:
http://www.kq5s.com/template/indexDesktop.php

You need to set the interval of major ticks to just 1 and 10 for the minor ticks. You set 10 for major ticks and 0 for minor.

Meteotemplate 13.0 Lemon

Hi guys,

as mentioned in a previous post, this is a very minor update, I only needed to add some things to the index file, which will greatly increase potential for new blocks / block improvements. I have also fixed one minor bug in one of the pages.

I am primarily now working on version 14, which should be ready probably in a few weeks. I started working on version 12 in December, and I only wanted this to be about the api, which was problematic and required co-ordination and synchronization with other developers. I have started working on version 14 in January after your suggestions from the questionnaire. However I decided to release this one extra update with just the very few files because of the potential it will bring.

The update should take you maybe 10 seconds – only replace the index files, the footers and the one page from the pages/station directory, which has a minor bug in it (thanks Gus for letting me know).

I also disabled the token requirement, which means that this particular update (12->13) does NOT require a download token (others do as well as the whole template file).

V14 will be the next major update and I can already tell you that you really have something to look for and Im very excited about what I have already 🙂

Enjoy

Hey there.  I started getting a strange error on my Bloomsky Timelapse Block.  The video is definitely there and the cron is running.  Any ideas?
