Received a Honeywell 923W for Christmas and set it up. It has had many problems and their support has not been able to fix it. I have been trying to return it for credit for several weeks to no avail. They are NOT members of the Better Business Bureau so I have been unable to put any pressure on them from that side.

I had one of these for over a year and totally LOVED it!!!! if it wern't for my davis i would say its one of the best stations out there!! I only had 2 problems with it and those where solved VERY quickly and the support was awesome!! The guy was willing to take his lunch hour to help me. You must have got a bad unit and i have no idea what to say on the support:( What is the problem with the unit?
