I have not used any of those, so I can only offer opinion, not review or feedback.
The USB stick looks cool, and I would imagine it is intended to collect data with the cap ON. It appears to be for an indoor application, such as a data center, etc. We use portable loggers like this (look nothing like this) from Extron to monitor equipment closets and such. I don't get the impression that you could attach this full-time to a long USB cable and have real-time uploads (with a DIY program to do that at best).
I like the Oregon Sci unit. I think I may investigate that for my own use. Wireless outdoor sensor (temp only) and a PC interface. That meets your base criteria, but you may still have to roll your own uploader.
A lot of neat features on the Watson, and a decent price it seems. It is more scalable than the others, but I have never heard of it. See if you can find a manual online to see if has the software goodies you need right out of the box.
