Anyone have any experience or opinions about the Dr Tech wa1080 weather station? Sounds like it is to cheap to be reliable to me but some of the reviews say otherwise.

Okay, didn't get much of a response on that Dr Tech query so I'll try again. Has anyone ever had or used one of these stations. Pretty cheap on EBay so I thought I'd pick one to use as secondary. Thanks

Doesn't look like much if any customer support. Many of these cheap weather stations are just that. Plastic will deteriorate in the sun, reliability, accuracy etc. If it works 8 months you get what you paid for.

That one is a few steps down from the Ambient WS-2080. Right now I see a PROWLER on amazon for a bill. I would do that one before the Dr Teck.
