I guess that depends on how you look at it.  It's Watch #5, but the other four have been Tornado Watches.

It is the first outside of the southeast, so I guess that's something.

Here's a story about Oklahoma tornadoes:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3012027/Storm-chasers-capture-incredible-moment-scattered-tornadoes-sweep-Oklahoma-blast-cause-hail-size-baseballs.html

Luckily, I made out ok.  Lost power from 6pm to about 7am this morning, got caught in this hell trying to get back to my work (we have a bank vault in the basement) and car took some hail shots but no damage seen.  No damage to the home either.  Some limbs down around the neighborhood but not tood bad.  The torrential rain was amazing.  At one point, the VP2 recorded a rain rate of over 20" per hour.  Since I live in a low spot, the max wind I recorded was 45mph, but out east of me they were reporting 80 to 100mph gusts.

A club downtown lost its roof, there was a minor league hockey game going on downtown as well in the arena; everyone was told either into a bathroom or the basement.

Thoughts to out to the man who lost his life (and his family and friends) but it could have been a lot worse.  I have off this week.  I might try and head out to Sand Springs to see if I can get any photos, but it's likely that Tulsa County Sheriff and Sand Springs Police will have it locked down.

They posted the video of that happening on their twitter feed I'm pretty sure.  I think it was retweet.

FYI: I live about a mile and a half from the WFO office here.
