Topic: Need Ajax convert to embed text in my homepage

I am looking to covert this WD text file to ajax and then embed it into my homepage, and have it
update every 5 secs.

I am using WD and run my own windows webserver.

Not sure what would be the best way to accomplish this.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
