Topic: Preferences not being saved at WU

Is anyone else having problems with their settings in Page Preferences in Member Settings in WU? I'm choosing Both for Units but when I press Save my Preferences my choice is not sticking.

I guess most Americans will choose 'English' (the irony is not lost on me) but could someone please choose 'Both' and see if they can get it to be saved. I'm not seeing 'Preferenced Saved' when I save my choice.

I have deleted all my saved cookies but it hasn't helped.

Same here Ray but only for the page preferences. My stickers seem to be saving the 'both' choice but the WU page, when I go look at it, can be anyones guess. Seems WU changes/refreshes it to some default occasionally.

Thanks for the confirmation Dan. I'll raise a ticket with them. I just wanted to be sure I wasn't alone with the problem.

I've had a reply to the ticket I raised. Here's what they said...

Hello,
Thank you for the note.  Unfortunately, this feature does not work properly on the new site.  Due to space issues, "Both" units can not be displayed in all fields.  We are continuing to work on this and hope to have it improved in the near future.

Hopefully we won't have to wait too long.
