Thank you for bringing this to my attention.  I had looked at their site last year but for one reason or another just put it on the back burner.  Yesterday I went through all of their web page and viewed their training page.  I finally understood  the importance of their program.
  I ordered a rain gauge from Ambient and set uo a CoCoRaHS account.  I will start start sending daily reports next week.
