Bill--from BuildaSign.com  right down the road in Austin from me.   The online template builder I wasnt happy with as it restricts to how things are laid out. But just call them and get an email address for their art department--send high res files of what you want and a powerpoint or other of what it should look like overall. Fast service too. Semi-pricey at 90 bucks for a 3X5.
