Eton FR1000 AM/FM/NOAA Weather/2-Way GMRS Radio w/Flashlight

It has an external audio jack for streaming as well.

Not bad for $50.

I have one of those and I highly recommend it.  The FM band is really sensitive and brings in stations at a distance better than most other radios.  Grundig (Eton) is the best brand name radio available today.  I restore antique Grundigs.  A few cranks powers the radio for > 30 minutes.  I think a later version has a connection to charge cell phone batteries.

Grundigs seem to do better then most do. I pack one with me when going into the boonies here  in Alaska. with all bands available never far  from  getting some sort of news.

That does look to be a good buy... a similar Midland radio is closer to $60

I picked up the FR300 on sale at Radio Shack for $25. Maybe last year or year before, Radio Shack had a Black Friday sale on the FR300's for about $25--keep an eye out. It doesn't have the GRMS radio though, and didn't come with an AC adapter...

Cool!  I just bought one!  :D

I was not familiar with that brand, but it speced out nice and the price was the best on the web by a large amount!.  I am currently using a CC Crane CCRadio Plus for my NWR stream to WU, but this one may have better signal quality.  I could always use another good radio anyway, since my CC is basically stuck where it is for the streaming duties.  :)

Thanks again for posting the link!  :)
