Topic: Not getting alerts and Nowcasts to e-mail.

Hi,

I have had a premium WU account since 2001 and relied on weather alerts and Nowcast ever since. About a month ago I stopped getting alerts and Nowcasts. I was still getting the daily forecasts. I tried to turn alerts on and off. I tried with another email address (Gmail). No alerts and Nowcasts. I've checked spam and trash also. Nothing there. I wrote support but didn't geta response. I have written them many times since but not gotten a response. I can't simply get a new account since I have my PWS on this account. I know there's probably not much anyone here can do about it but maybe someone has experienced the same and got it resolved? Any suggestions in this regard greatly appreciated.

no, sign in as you always did.  go to my profile/, then to My Email Alerts and start it up again.  PAY?   nope,

I've tried that several times. Even signed up with another email address. Does not work. I'm only getting forecast emails.
