Select a PWS and Wunderground shows a different one?

I just set up a new PWS yesterday. On the Wunderground main forecast page, when I go to Change Station, it brings up a different PWS in my town. It's as if Wunderground has marked that other station as the default station for my town. No other station in the area behaves like that. If you change to the other ones, it stays selected on them. I have cookies enabled. I wrote Wunderground about this yesterday but so far no response. Any ideas?

I brought this up with the WU support a while ago. I don't know if they saw it or not because it's still going on.

My WU station, KMIROGER7 will show up on the Wundermap if I specifically go to the page via bookmark or direct search. Yet, if I use a generic city search, or select one of the other nearby stations, mine disappears. Yet, it favors a Netatmo with no wind, and a broken station that is also not reporting wind at all. Go figure.

That's similar to my experience. My own PWS is the nearest to me, yet it pulls up a station on the other side of town. Strengely, the Android WU app seems to have less trouble holding my own PWS as the default. But the desktop browsers cannot. This has to be something on the WU side.

I rarely look at other PWS, because frankly I don't trust their data. So I rarely select other stations and just use my bookmarked station.

Mine took a few days to be placed correctly. Mine was all over and did same thing. Hope you are good now. I don't know how to put a name under owner thougj

Although I didn't get any kind of response from WU, it seems to be fixed now.
I don't know if this is because the other station has disappeared from the map, or they gave me priority.
My station now shows at full zoom out (the temperatures were unique as of this morning). I might have thought that the local METAR would predominate, but this is not the case.

My issue has magically resolved itself as well. I guess someone got around to reading our emails.
