Unwanted Files

I have a Davis Vantage Pro 2 and uplink to Wunderground using rapid fire. I discovered yesterday that every 3 seconds a small (1k) weatherstationupdate
  • .htm file is stored in Temporary Internet Files. They each contain the single word "success". I deleted over 1 MILLION of them! How can I stop the uplink software from saving all these files?
