Topic: Wx Graphic Question

Before my server move I had this http://www.cnyweather.com/weather/wxgraphic.php/avatar.gif show my
weather sticker.

I searched around and can't seem to find how to redirect http://www.cnyweather.com/weather/wxgraphic.php
to show the avatar again so I can have this in my signature on other sites.

You may need to alter the position on that last one though.

Your domain name hasn't changed has it?  Or the path structure to your files?  Didn't you just move your site to a new server (within GoDaddyLand) within the past couple of days?  It could be that the nameservers haven't caught up with the move yet.  Otherwise maybe I'm just not sure what you are trying to redirect.

It appears to me like you are not calling/generating the graphic with each request (as a...
<img src=http://cnyweather.com/weather/wxgraphic.php?type=avatar>
...tag) but instead as an actual GIF that you have parked in the path given in your OP.

I have this in my htaccess file
redirect 301 sig.gif http://www.mackweather.com/wxgraphic/wxgraphic.php

I did it for forums that dont support the php inclusion.

Perhaps you could do the same thing to show your avatar....
