Issues with wxssgauges.php page

Trying to get this page going but for some reason, the page will not update and the windrose gauge will not come up. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The problem is resolved. Had to change a line in the gauges-ss-basic-inc.php file.

no cron job or task scheduled to get these watches/warnings???
