Sorry, no, not so far as I am aware. In the future you could set your console to UTC time or, alternatively, you'll need to adjust the time post-export eg in Excel with some sort of script.

Sorry, but I don't usually have time to help with individual issues by email unless you are a Prodata customer. Please post your issue in the relevant forum section here & I will comment there if I have anything useful to add.

Is this something you are still wanting to do?

I started playing around with this yesterday, and now have a solution for this that works very well.

If you are still interested in doing this it will be rolled into wx2sql 0.1.3, which I should have ready in mid-late January.  I have a couple of other things to finish with that version before rolling it.  Here is a screenshot of the interface.

The new version of wx2sql is complete and available for download.  The new version includes a feature that allows you to read in a wlk file and export the observational data in to a csv file.  There are several configuration options that will allow you to customize the output file to your liking.  One of which is the ability to adjust the observation times to different timezones.

You can download the wx2sql application and documentation from www.hoosierweather.com/software

The next dev cycle is just starting.  I will look at adding measuring unit configuration for ya.
