I had a look at Google maps. What is that close to your house, a greenhouse of some sorts? Maybe they use some sort of wireless water irrigation system that interferes with your system? Might be worth to go and talk to them. Process of elimination.

But up to this point everything has been working the way things are correct?

need to find what changed OR it's equipment failure. Could it be your internet problem?

Yup, several times. It looses signal from both displays  so I don't think its the display. Its the curse of Acurite!

I've got the Fine offset Excelvan and the rain gauge won't work, so all of these type of stations have faults.

Well, I've got the station back up. I accidently found the problem. I took the entire station down including My solar shield that I built. I changed back to the temp sensor that doesn't have a 10ft cable so the sensor is back inside the station. It started working fine. So I put it back on the pole without the solar shield. Either the temp sensor is bad or the fan. I may try and figure out which one it is because without the shield my temps are back to being up to 8 degrees higher when the sun is out. I also purchased an Ambient Weather Station so time will tell how they compare.
