Erroneous rainfall graph data for April 2019

If you click on Apr on the Rainfall panel of this page https://suiattle.net/DinkinsBayouWeather/MBDAVIS/ it displays up to 8 inches on the y axis. But the numbers in the rainfall panel for April are correct: 1.76 in.

It has the same issue displaying total rainfall for 2019; 9.32 in is correct but the popup graph shows nearly 30 inches.

The graphs are set to chartswu but as MB writes data to a SQL DB for me, I can see that the total rainfall for **2018** is indeed 28+ inches. (I don't have the DB back to April 2018). WU shows the correct number for April 2019 in my station records: 1.74" https://www.wunderground.com/dashboard/pws/KFLSANIB12/graph/2019-04-22/2019-04-22/monthly; for April 2018 WU shows .87" https://www.wunderground.com/dashboard/pws/KFLSANIB12/graph/2018-04-22/2018-04-22/monthly

Is this a config error on my part causing the graphs to display incorrect data?
