Topic: Average wind speed and green wind dials

On Weather Display, the average wind speed and the green wind dials that are displayed (maximum wind and average wind direction), how long are these averaged?  What's the duration for max wind speed to be shown with the green dial?

Anyway to change the time values associated with these?  I'd like to make the averages 2 minute durations and the max the last 10 minutes.
