Just an update.
So I set it back to 1600-IP (which briefly connected) now will not connect. I think I may need to send the unit back to Ambient. It doesn't appear like they offer any in-house tech support?
So to summarize, here's where things are currently.
Outdoor array still not being recognized either as a 1550-IP to 1600 IP
The outdoor light on the Observer is fully lit with the exception of "outdoor"
Have hit the reset on the Observer, as well as the outdoor array to no avail.
Firmware rolled back to 4.4.9 successfully.
I'm at a loss and may have to look for another weather station as I cannot for the life of me get the outdoor array to connect again after a very brief connection this am when the new paper covering the solar panel was removed.

Ok, I'm not sure what the heck is happening, now it's suddenly working again, other then the solar readings it's a very sunny day here CA so there's plenty of solar (see attached).
Not sure if it's settings related as I'm setup as 1600-IP? But at least now the outdoor temp is connected and updating.
